IF you need a hand in the Garden
Though I have purchased here before, I forgot he good Stanler is on price and even more so on purpose and service. Fantastic service from Ashley, who has answered ALL my questions and quickly and provided me with the quotes before I could say Rumpelstiltskin.

TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE - SERVICE EXCELLENCE
What a tremendously helpful company. Their Director and Staff bring back the meaning of "CUSTOMER SERVICE". If there was an award for the best company for service excellence in 2021 it would have to be Stanler Farms. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone from the Director to the Delivery Man are to be commended on their willingness to ensure that the customer is happy.

What a tremendously helpful company. Their Director and Staff bring back the meaning of "CUSTOMER SERVICE". If there was an award for the best company for service excellence in 2021 it would have to be Stanler Farms. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone from the Director to the Delivery Man are to be commended on their willingness to ensure that the customer is happy.

Stanler Farms Cape (pty) LTD provide excellent service (and product)
I needed lawn topdressing. I found a couple of potential suppliers online and sent emails stating my requirements. A big issue is the distance of my location from the suppliers I found. Dylan Stanton answered my mail and had their sales department provide a quotation. I made payment and delivery occurred precisely as promised. I determined I had not ordered a sufficient quantiy and my second order was provided as promised again. The topdressing provided is of excellent quality too.

Enriched Topsoil includes stones 5cm in diametre
I purchased enriched topsoil from Stanler Farms on more than one occasion and was surprised to find stones the size of golf balls in my garden. When I asked them about it they said that the product should not be used as a topsoil as it is sieved with a 5cm sieve! I was not advised about this when I placed my order. Why is the product called enriched topsoil when it includes between 10 and 20% stones. It should be named stone/ sand filler because that is what it is. When I asked for compensation for the damage done to my garden they replied, we regret losing you as a customer. Do not use this company, they are dishonest in their practices!
