No contact
I have been trying to contact Zone fitness since the 18th of May and have not success in doing so. I fill in the online query form and get an email saying someone will contact me in 1 working day but still waiting. Can someone contact me, please? Querry number 163297 and 163403.

It going on to the 2nd day that I do not have reception (coverage) Been waiting for calls and had to make calls and can't do it. Can't leave my property because I use me cell tk call the gate.

Great place
What a great place it is. The staff are super friendly and always willing to help. Oh, and the pizzas are great too. This is the Kraaifontein branch.

wont reimburse
I have R725 owing to me and they won't pay up. They have asked me for a bank statement, copy of I.D. and proof of payments. I can not show proof of payments because it was done at spar or Checkers last year (cash) and did not keep the receipts. Now I can't get my money back because of that. On their system, it shows that I have credit but can't get it. That is not right.
