Stanley Thermos Flask poor quality and after sales services

After a few years the thermos flask inner cap deteriorated from the heat that it collapsed. You can smell the plastic in the hot water preserved by the flask.

Very poor quality and after sales service, although they claim to have a life time guarantee on their equipment. No stock for replacement of the cap or the complete flask.
