AVOID AFRICREST’S STANLEY STUDIOS (MILPARK)
In my view, my experience at Africrest’s Stanley Studios is the perfect example of a lessor (landlord) that values profit over people and has no respect for the law or due process. From the start, they lure you in with seemingly reasonable rental prices, but the moment you sign the lease, they reveal a slew of hidden fees. The management's selfishness is evident in every interaction—they are dismissive, unresponsive, and completely indifferent to complaints. They flout tenant rights, ignoring concerns and expecting a tenant to just accept their shady practices. To make matters worse, the building itself is poorly constructed, with walls so thin that you can hear everything happening in the neighboring units. There’s no privacy, and management refuses to address the issue, further showing their disregard for tenant comfort or basic decency. If you value your rights, peace of mind, and fair treatment, steer clear of this place.

Stanley Studios Milpark by Africrest - *********** Management Team
Started experiencing hot water supply issues in my unit and Zipho and Nontu who are a part of the building management team have proved to be clueless, ***********, irresponsible and useless to get this fixed. Everyday I'm getting different stories from both these people and "apologies". Even as I'm typing this review I'm still struggling in this place. I have never even had a late rent payment yet this is the level of service I get. I don't have hot water. The level of service and support is horrible here especially if you find yourself in a dire situation. The 24/7 contact number is not even available for 24hrs - it's only available from 08:00 - 17:00 ***??? If you're interested in renting in this place, I suggest you reconsider otherwise you're just exposing yourself to suffering. This is the worst place I've ever rented from. Actually the only horrible place I've ever rented from. At this point I'm traumatized. It's in the middle of winter and I don't have hot water supply, and they've showed me that they don't care about their tenants. Is the place suited for professionals as stated on their adverti*****ts? NO!!
