Bad service!

I got an accident 2 weeks ago at 7pm and I called Stansure they said they can’t find my policy and kept on hanging up then finally they found my policy but they couldn’t come tow the car and take me home , I told them I’m with kids and in the middle of nowhere they showed no sympathy. They haven’t called me back for updates on my claim I have to keep on calling them!
