No value for money, using old parts on my car and such parts may malfunction at anytime after the car was brought back and they may not be liable. It always takes them longer to fix the car even for minor damages. Their excess changes and always bringing something new for additionals on the excess amount to be paid.

This is just not on ,my daughter had a brake down ,and was told that we need to pay some money cause it's out of boundary! this is just nonsense cause if you don't pay that amount the tow truck driver will take your vehicle to the nearest storage of which they are going to charge you for it. What is that, that I'm paying for. Worse part is that my policy will be increasing with R200 how absurd is that? You even struggle to get through their call center and by that time you are stranded

I'm so ****ed by this insurance not being transparent with me, particularly because it's underwritten by a bank that I use- Standard Bank. I have given them a couple of calls for them to clarify my so-called multiple claims but I have been sent from pillar to post by the consultants who keep saying they are putting me in the right department, only to find myself at the main menu of their voice prompts. The only claim I made from them was for dent and scratch which I was told does not form part of my car insurance policy and as such was paying for it separately. Now my information has been shared with other companies that I have made multiple claims before and when I dispute those claims it seems I'm being dishonest when it's Stansure that not only passed on false information about my history but at the same time will not take account for their transgression. My mistake was putting all my baskets in one basket- banking, financing, and insuring with one company Standardbank.

They haven’t called me back for updates on my claim I have to keep on calling them!

I've had nothing but the best experience with Stansure. Like, really good. Fast claims, fast assessment. No one asked me to write this review but damn they are good. claimed about 4 times in the last 2 years. One major accident. Everything covered.

Stansure insurance is very bad.. I have registered a claim for my mag wheels on my car (They are specified on the insurance). It took them a month to get back to me.. Aftet i have mailed them a couple of times.. I called there call centre to cancell and 1 month later they still debited my account.. When i asked them to refund me they only refunded me 1 premium saying there was no record of me cancelling the insurance.. They are kwick to take money but when it comes to claiming o thats a story.. I had the insurance for 2 years with them and this was the first time I had a claim.. Think twice before yaking out insurance woth them.

I just had my new vehicle insured with Stansure. What a pleasant experience with one of the most competent staff members by the name of Lizal Hudson. I can truly say that service like this is hard to find and today I found it. Keep up the good work.

Standardbank -Stansure Insurance, I feel extremely disappointed in the fact that this insurance is a complete rip off. I am paying extra money, I evens upgraded my insurance to a much higher policy to cover all my appliances for breakdown and ware and tear. My Fridge Broke down in Lockdown, I paid a private Fridge tech to have it re-gassed and it worked. The Fridge is only 5 years old. My Fridge stopped working again in November 2020, In December I had the same private Fridge tech come out to look at my fridge and was told it sustained an internal leak and will need to be replaced. I logged a call with Stansure on 22/12/2020 got claim REF: SHS20110705502 and your assessor called me to schedule for 17:30 on 24/12/2020. I cancelled all my plans to attend to the appointment at 17:30 on 24/12/2020 and your assessor never pitched, than after several calls, got hold of him, told me that he realised that it is new years eve, got his dates mixed up. very dissapointing, than wanted to schedule for sunday. we agreed on Monday 28/12/2020, he maid the appointment and told me during his visit at my house that he also do forensics investigation for dead and suicide people and covid19 sanitization. Interview and inspection was concluded, I waited 5 days and no update. I called you now just to be told my claim is declined due to wear and tear. bladdy lies. it is a 5 year old fridge, It stopped working, it has an internal leak and you refusing to replace or approve my claim, you cheating, scum. I will refer this to the ombudsman, as I am now paying double the amount to cover all my appliances for breakdown and ware and tear. I am disgusted by your poor service and I feel it is a disgrace being standard bank customer and having Insurance with you, as you quick to take my money every month, but when I need my insurance to pay out for break down than you decline with a lame excuse. I have fridge that broke down, no working fridge during the festive, still paying you and this is the poor service I get from you And Stanture...I need this escalated and turned around immediately you cheating company.
