I have to say I gave Kenneth from we buy cars 5 stars, but I feel I have to reverse that,as his communication is very poor, bought a bakkie and he was my sales assistant ,on Friday I told him I have uploaded the natis documents but they appear blank ,he said he will check and come back to me,till today I'm still waiting
The place is good, the problem problem is people who are working there, especially the ones who are taking out or packing the cakes. This is the second incident,went there on Tuesday and luckily when I got there they were off loading the stock, I waited and as usual their people came and were given first preference.Wanted to buy like offcuts cakes and was told that's for the staff and I decided to leave as before I was treated badly. I will never set my foot there again. Those man treat people like dirt, I once sent an email to the head office and was told this will be sorted out, but today after seeing the reviews on Google that people have been complaining about the same thing, I don't see this being resolved at all

I ordered on the 15th.07.2015 and received my order on the 16th ,wow if that is not a super good service I don't know, You contact thier support service the reply asap, Thank you very much we need this kind of service keep up

I JUST WANT TO KNOW THAT IF YOU ARE FAILED BY THE CHANNEL THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HELP RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM,THEN WHY WAS THIS CHANNEL IMPLEMENTED,LODGED A COMPLAIN AND PROVIDED THE PROOF AND STILL NO FEED BACK,YOU CALL THEM AND TOLD THEY ARE BUSY AND WILL CALL YOU BACK AND STILL TO DATE NOTHING, CALLED AGAIN TODAY AND PROMISED TO BE CALLED BACK AS OFENTSE MOTUBA COMPLAINTS OFFICER ASSINGED TO MY CASE IS BUSY ON THE LINE, NO PHONE CALL.
INSANLEY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I've never ever had such a great service, from communication to service delivery, The price, the product and understanding out of this world. I was so stranded and needed the product today, and they made sure I got it same day, with the R1000 or more free delivery service policy. I just wish other companies could take example from you, that you don't just add WhatsApp for communication and then when contacted no respond. Thank you very much a very HAPPY customer
I'VE NEVER EVER STRUGGLED TO GET HELP SO MUCH FROM NEDBANK,EVEN COMPLAINS DEPARTMENT IS JUST AS USELESS,THEY HAVE OVER LOADED THEIR CALL CENTER WITH CALLS WHERE EVEN IF YOU WANT TO CALL THE BRANCH YOU MUST GO VIA THE CALL CENTER,CALLS GET CUT OFF AND SOMETIME YOU CAN'T BE HEARED,YOU HOLD MORE THAN ONE HOUR FOR THEIR CREDIT DIRECT,YOU SEND THEM EMAILS THEY DON'T RESPOND
