I'm so ****ed by this insurance not being transparent with me, particularly because it's underwritten by a bank that I use- Standard Bank.
I have given them a couple of calls for them to clarify my so-called multiple claims but I have been sent from pillar to post by the consultants who keep saying they are putting me in the right department, only to find myself at the main menu of their voice prompts.
The only claim I made from them was for dent and scratch which I was told does not form part of my car insurance policy and as such was paying for it separately.
Now my information has been shared with other companies that I have made multiple claims before and when I dispute those claims it seems I'm being dishonest when it's Stansure that not only passed on false information about my history but at the same time will not take account for their transgression.
My mistake was putting all my baskets in one basket- banking, financing, and insuring with one company Standardbank.
