I've been struggling to renew my credit card for the last 4 weeks, the reason being that they can't update my contact number, which they somehow lost on the system. The only way it can be updated is with my finger prints which doesn't want to take on their inadequate devices. I was forced to go to Home Affairs and stood in lines for 2 days to get a HANIS verification. Handed it in and was told to wait 10 days, after 10 days I went back and it was still not processed. They logged an incident with their IT department and I was told to wait 48hrs. After 48hrs I returned and still it was not processed. I then logged a complaint and wrote several emails to their customer services, but to no avail. Yesterday I wrote to the ombudsman...my last resort before I start reversing debits....maybe then they will wake up.
I just had my new vehicle insured with Stansure. What a pleasant experience with one of the most competent staff members by the name of Lizal Hudson. I can truly say that service like this is hard to find and today I found it. Keep up the good work.
