I have been your client for 5 years + but today I bid you farewell. Your App is a nightmare to log into, as a software engineer myself, whoever came up with digime was dumb as nails and whoever approved it was dumber. I have already done otp+card and pin now I have been stranded for days because digime can take up 75 hours. What is that. Doesn't matter if it's done once per phone, that SLA is unrealistic for a services that has my money. Phone fell in water, bought a new one cause I need access to my app for personal emergency purposes and I can't even transact, what nonsense is that.
Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! disgusting to say the least. If you are looking for fiber... go else where. Moved about a week ago, people in the new house are using our fiber (cause they cant register their which someone is using on their older house) MWeb keeps hanging up calls. Every damn time. I Work from home so im without internet. F**k MWeb
I've had nothing but the best experience with Stansure. Like, really good. Fast claims, fast assessment. No one asked me to write this review but damn they are good. claimed about 4 times in the last 2 years. One major accident. Everything covered.
Just dont. Go else where. You tech thing has a fault, you are in hell.
Worst customer service ever! I'm very patient, I understand that sometimes things are beyond employees control BUT this one yona!! YESES! worst customer service ever. And you expect them to protect you? Been waiting over 2 weeks to get my tracker fitted, nothing. Got fed up and went to the center only told to be told there are technitians and to make an appointment, fine I try and do that system now working, call center for scheduling not working. Argh
