Refusal of my deposit

I have been waiting for my deposit that they have been processing for three days. I paid them with no issues and when the deal had to be finalised they gave me stories.

Now the sales agent has been arranging my deposit to be paid for three days now. I arranged a new deal with a different dealer and they want the deposit but they are refusing to process my payment nor send a POP.

I called, asked for email addresses nothing instead the sales person is ignoring my calls.
