Having an accident is hurting,that's even worse if you get involved into 2 accidents after each other
Having an accident is hurting,that's even worse if you get involved into 2 accidents after each other. Star Panelbeaters has been nothing to me but a real comfort. With one small issue that needed to be sorted in my car,they came to my house and fixed it last night because of the distance and my work time demands I couldn't drive to Knysna the whole time. Thank you so much Star,you are really a Star🙏

Having an accident is hurting,that's even worse if you get involved into 2 accidents after each other. Star Panelbeaters has been nothing to me but a real comfort. With one small issue that needed to be sorted in my car,they came to my house and fixed it last night because of the distance and my work time demands I couldn't drive to Knysna the whole time. I have had 2 accidents in less than 4 months
I have had 2 accidents in less than 4 months. Star Panelbeaters was the one who was working on my car. On the 20th of March my car was delivered to me. What a whow. I have no words that can describe how grateful I am . My car looks X2 than what I expected. Thank you so much Star. Your service is the best🙌. I couldn't worry about the trauma and about my car. You have done a great job...

Star panel beaters! BRILLIANT
The best staff ever. So friendly and professional. I was in a slight fender bender. My bonnet was out of line and my front bumper had clips that were bent. I went in on a Monday and they asked for me to bring it back Wednesday. They took my car. Dropped me at home and a few hours later the car was fixed perfectly.

Star panel beaters! BRILLIANT

Bad workmanship and lies
Star Panel beaters collected my Mercedes 350 SLC from my premises on the 27th June 2021 to repair the bonnet which was slightly damaged from a fire in the engine compartment. They contacted me a week later to collect my vehicle and then rang me the following morning to say I must not drive thru to collect my vehicle as there is a problem with the paintwork. When I did collect it on the the 15th July 2021 they advised me that they also repaired some scratches because of the inconvenience. I paid for the repairs and took position of my vehicle. Beginning of December 2021 I rang Star Panel beaters and advised them that the paintwork on the bonnet is bubbling and I was told by the receptionist they were fully booked till the 15th December 2021 which is when they will be closing for the Festive Season holidays. They confirmed they would notify me via email for a booking in the new year which they forgot. I had to call them to remind them. I drove my vehicle thru on the 10th January 2022 and today is the 27th January 2022 and I still have not had my vehicle returned to me after many cellphone calls, being told by the receptionist they don't want to lie to me but they will first check in the workshop to see how far they are with the bonnet. I even received an email on the 25th January confirming I can collect my vehicle on the 26th January or if sooner they would contact me. I drove through to Star Panel beaters today the 27th January 2022 to discover they are still busy prepping the bonnet. The tradesman busy with the repairs informed me that the bonnet is aluminum and whoever worked on it previously had so much body putty and that is why there is this issue. I advised him that the bonnet was repaired previously by them not once but twice and this is the third time. The tradesman stood looking at me in shock. Star Panel beaters were aware that the bonnet was aluminum because I even advised them initially and they previously failed to line the bonnet up with the left fender. As a woman I have been messed around by so many local companies regarding lies and bad workmanship. Does pride and honesty exist?
