<p>HI I HAVE TAKEN OUT THIS PRODUCT FOR MY GRAND MOTHER AND NOTICED THAT I AM PAYING FOR THE PREMIUM PACKAGE AND THAT A CHANNEL WAS REMOVED, CHANNEL 110(MOVIES 1+2 ) IA REMOVED, I EXPECT TO GET WHAT I PAY FOR, OR THE MONTHLY PREMIUM SHOULD BE LOWERED, PLEASE NOTE THAT I WILL NOT HESITATE TO END THIS SERVICE AND MOVE MY BUSINESS TO DSTV, THE CHANNELS HARDLY EVER DISPLAY THE CHANNEL INFORMATION AND THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE! I FEEL THAT STARSAT IS NOT DOING ME A FAVOUR AS I AM PAYING THEM EVERY MONTH, PLEASE SEE THAT THIS IS RESOLVED AS THE EXTRA MOVIE CHANNEL IS CONVENIENT</p> <p>THANK YOU </p>
