Disgusting service at Startline New Germany Pinetown

Terrible customer service

I went to return a tube and the manager just burst out on me stating if i say the quality isnt good on this tube the whole store isnt good enough for me

She then said she will refund me cash and cannot sell any product to me

I said no i cannot accept that i want to see the owner or higher management

She then said no she wont call him

After 20 mins the owner comes and takes his staffs side without even hearing the story

I was furious

I walked out

Can a store refuse to serve you if you drove 2 hours just to return and buy parts?

What is this country coming too?
