Inferior quality Premium prices

terrible policy on electrical component sold ,inferior quality at premium prices, I bought a starter solenoid asked three time if its working and was re-assured it is but I was told I cannot return it if its not and took it home plugged it in and guess what, it did not work, cant even argue the case as they tell you in advance it is not returnable, they should be able to prove working order if they want to stand by this policy....again terrible, i feel horrible and ripped off
