I bought a watch a week ago, i got it on WEDNESDAY the 22 January. I wore it from 12:00 till 17:00 then i took it off because i got home. I did not put it on the Thursday because the battery was low so I charged it till 100%
Thursday night I switched the watch on and looked how much the percentage was and it was 100%
On friday morning I wanted to put it on but it doesn't switch on.
It plays music from my phone but it does not switch on.
I wore it for literally 4 hours!
I tried everything, i tried resetting it, charging it, switching it on. Nothing works.
I have mailed them several times and my mother whatsapped them several times, no response!
I paid for a watch that does not work
Pathetic!
My last resort is to put it on Hello Peter, so that other people can be aware of the bad service they have!
