Flying the Flag of Excellence – Thank You Kingsley Msiza!

From GP, Pretoria – ISIbalo House, I would like to report that my laptop keyboard keys (A, Z, and number 1) are not functioning properly. They require excessive force and repeated attempts before responding, which has made typing very difficult.

In the midst of this challenge, I want to sincerely compliment Mr. Kingsley Msiza from the Hardware team. His proactive approach, patience, and exceptional customer service have truly stood out. Kingsley went beyond the call of duty to assist, ensuring that the issue was addressed with professionalism and care.

We are grateful to have colleagues like Kingsley who embody the values of Statistics South Africa, flying high the flag of excellence and dedication. His commitment reflects not only technical skill but also a genuine passion for serving others.
