Very poor. Charges exuberant admin fees for example R2,505 for a rate clearance certificate which is only issued for one month. If the sale is delayed (as they are...) they charge another R1,000 to issue and extension. When queried, they simply say that that is the agreement between Status mark and the Body corporate, however they expect the seller to pay even though the seller is not party to the above contract. The banking details on their invoices are not even correct and one struggle to pay levies, they take weeks to respond with the correct banking details and then they charge the owner interest for late payment even though the delay was on their side.
