The estate agents fine and country fourways were equally unhelpful and did absolutely nothing to assist with the major problem of mould and damp across one whole wall, which they painted over to hide. Once the bond has gone through and they all have their monies you are on your own. Thanks for the mould and loss of many weeks of pain and heartache. What is meant to be a joyful milestone turned out to be a big regret.
