Greed Trumps Service

Not sure if any of you have eaten at Steamworks in Fourways - but I would suggest you think twice before doing so. I hosted an event for a client there in April - the service was shocking, the meals sub-standard - and whilst I have given the owners three weeks to respond to my complaint and my request for a refund (R800 ) - I have received nothing - so am now hitting social media and various review platforms, in the hope they will wake up and give a damn.
