1st of all I phoned in for a booking with the British lady Cherry who is the general manager at Steamworks and did a booking a week and a half before mothers day. I phoned on mothers day again just to make sure my booking was ok and Luca the manager said to me that there was no booking and I was the second person that had the same problem. Thanks to Luca he arrange for a table for me. When we got there the table was right by the toilets and the bins. ( No comment) We then got given a very new waiter that messed up everything even though he was sweet he did not get the right training from Steamworks and so would have to blame management for that. Our food came at all different times and half our starters came and the other half of the starters came with the main. All the men got all their food and all the mothers got none. We ordered the Sunday Roast and it was very fatty and the one mom did not get any as they had run out of food. The manager then ask if he could get something else which took anther half an hour to get to our table so we decided to leave and go somewhere else. The manager Luca managed to take all the food off the bill as it was such a disaster. Will never go there
