Pathetic Company

I, Darrian L. Naidoo, have placed an order with the above company in May. Payment made on day of order. After numerous attempts of contact I finally received an email from them 3 months later stating their bad customer service and some story about them entering a bail-out agreement with an investor and saying that my order will be shipped soon. received another email stating that my items have been shipped however it is yet another month passed and I am still awaiting my items. The level of service from Steel and Ink JHB is pathetic. To think I have to wait 4+ months for items from a company that is a 6 hr drive from me.
