We were initially very satisfied with the telephonic service we received. The delivery the following day did however not happen but even then we had no problem as we understand that there is a lot of variables that can go wrong and have a negative influence on the delivery schedules. What was a bitter pill for us was the fact that when we got the palisade fencing, it was rusted to the level of subgrade steel. It seems the panels was exposed to the elements for months and we understand the difference between flash rust and surface rust that nobody has control over. The steel we have received however was in and early advance stages of breaking down and it will cost us significant amount of money to rehabilitate this steel to get it to a workable and presentable condition again.
