POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...
Steel and Pipes for Africa CC (Kimberley) I BOUGHT FROM THEIR STORE ON 06/10/2028 BEFORE LUNCH AND STILL NOW I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY DELIVERY. WHEN I CALL TO INQUIRE THEY HANGUP. WENT TO THE STORE TO INQUIRE, SUPERVISOR COULD NOT TELL ME WHEN TO EXPECT THE DELIVERY. POOR COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Running a circus?
I have been to the Krugersdorp branch now 4 times and my son 2 times ordering a GTS gate motor part, 6 weeks later the order was never made. The first visit early December 2023 they said 'we will order' but did not take our details. The second visit in December 'we will order', the third visit in January 'the supplier is opening in two days time' the fourth visit 'we will order, send me your images via whatsapp' which we did on the spot. Another week later now end of January, still no part ordered. The one blames the other, this one should have, that one should have. Given email address over the phone, waiting in anticipation. Too many 9-5ers working their and all are a bunch of chickens without a head. Service is beyond zero. If not interest doing business, just tell me so, than I can order somewhere else where they are interested and stop wasting my time for nearly 7 weeks now!

Pathetic and Arrogant Sales Agent who wears glasses
There is a gentleman who is extremely rude and very unprofessional working at your Boksburg brunch. What a pathetic human human ego has no way to work with people. I was given a quote with certain prices on the 2nd of November and when I returned to the store to collect the stuff. He refused to sell to me with the prices given. Their service is pathetic

Steel and Pipe Pretoria West delivers rusted subgrade palisade panels.
We were initially very satisfied with the telephonic service we received. The delivery the following day did however not happen but even then we had no problem as we understand that there is a lot of variables that can go wrong and have a negative influence on the delivery schedules. What was a bitter pill for us was the fact that when we got the palisade fencing, it was rusted to the level of subgrade steel. It seems the panels was exposed to the elements for months and we understand the difference between flash rust and surface rust that nobody has control over. The steel we have received however was in and early advance stages of breaking down and it will cost us significant amount of money to rehabilitate this steel to get it to a workable and presentable condition again.
