I found a pretzel on my kota and was told what’s wrong with a pretzel 🥨 it’s just a cookie. Not sure how to feel about my food having foreign stuff. The owner then rep**** to tell me I must go ahead and post on Hellos Peter and give them a google review.
I went through a terrible ordeal. I missed placed my bank while shopping at Mannys. This was last in October 2022. This year on the 13th of February 2023. I saw transactions on the lost card while I was at home. I went to the stores it was swiped and requested footage, One of the stores was a Liquor Store on Pretoria Road in Rynfield. I was given footage of a lady that works at Mannys wearing their uniform , tapping my card at the Liquor Store and there was a few other stores before this. On the Footage The lady called Fatima who works at the Building Counter was the one who was using my card. I then contacted the store and reported the matter to a gentleman called Dawie who happens to be her partner or husband or he is the head of security. The case has been reported and opened. But Dawie started ignoring my texts when I did follows up and nothing was done about my matter.
Steward the waiter from Papachinos Boksburg, removed us from a table that we requested to sit on as we waited for a while on the outside. He said that if we place ourselves on a dirty table he would Be fired which is understandable and I respectfully stood up and asked if I can wait on the side for him to clean up, but went to report to the manager that we were sat on a dirty table and we were assigned another table of which we didn’t want. We wanted to be able to see the kids play outside. Moments after wer were moved before he was even done cleaning a family of 6 was at on the same table. I am so disappointed as to the service received. This was his table. Further he ignored us and went on to further serve ppl who arrived after us because I had requested to sit on that particular table. I am very unhappy ☹️
They are so horrible and I am very furious to the disgusting service at which I experienced on my graduation day. I graduated on the 18 of April 2023. I hired a gown with a cap and I had just cut my hair. Only to find out that they do not disinfect, clean nor wash the items they rent out to gratitudes on their graduation day. I wore a graduation cap on the 18th and I woke up with a very terrible Bacterial infection on the 19th. I went to the doctor and I was given medication including antibiotics and I was not getting any better. 2 days after my consultation, my doctor advised I might need a skin specialist. I am filled with utter disgust and I plan on informing the university vice chancellor.
There is a gentleman who is extremely rude and very unprofessional working at your Boksburg brunch. What a pathetic human human ego has no way to work with people. I was given a quote with certain prices on the 2nd of November and when I returned to the store to collect the stuff. He refused to sell to me with the prices given. Their service is pathetic
Worst Service in the world
I got a router contract. The route got delivered on a Friday and the guy said the sim is active and I just need to Rica it. Went to a MTN walk in center the sim got Ricad. I called for them to activate the sim with zero luck. I am so exhausted with calling like 100 times and not getting any help.
I took up a cellphone contract with and I was specific to the call center agent that I was looking to take up a iPhone 13 contract and she said yes that’s what I am getting. Come day of delivery I receive a Samsung A12. I am so annoyed and surprised at the lies I was told. I didn’t want to take up any other contract but I was lied to by the consultant
I was expecting a delivery all day abs I was told to be home and be available between 12:00 and 14:00. I asked off work to make my self available. I have no contact from the driver or the company to let me know if there is a delay or something like that. Now I have to leave and I won’t be available again tomorrow for another delivery. I have on the line on hold for over 35min. This level of service is pathetic and unacceptable.
I bought 1300 bricks and collected 800 at Build it Rondebult. I lost the slip. I returned to the store to ask for a reprint and collect my balance of 500 bricks and they refused to assist me and said I have forfeited the bricks coz without the slip they can’t help me.
