Pathetic Service

I utilised the services of Steel ART Studio to supply & install Balustrades at my home. The steel work supplied outside was measured incorrectly and is not even level. After 3 months of installation the steelwork started rusting because No Red Oxide was applied before painting. The stainless Steel balustrade on the internal staircase was nothing more than pathetic. The welding had large gaps in between. Instead of coring into the concrete, they used collars. Despite requesting stainless steel bolts & washers, they used galvanised bolts without washers. Luckily for me, I held back on 10% of the final payment. Despite the owners'(Francois), promises to return to site to repair he never pitched up to repair! He even went as far as threatening me! Overall the workmanship from Steel ART studio is pathetic!
