There's has a poor customer service, to make matter worse I had received a wrong order and only realized that when I got home. On the 31 of July 2025 around 20:30 I bought a Chicken, bacon and cheese burger (medium meal) plus an Oreo ice cream; when receiving my order no napkin for ice cream and I got burnt fries with bacon and cheese on top. I tried contacting the store as soon as possible and it was a direct line to Steers Maponya mall but I was told they will contact the store and inform them to get them to me but they haven't called back.
