EOC via email.

In 2022, i was contacted by het HR Office Chrisna Rautenbach to come to Kathu and work for them on the project at the Kumba mine. So i started in oct 2022 with them again. I was working for them until 4 July 2025, when they just suddenly without a consolation with me just EOC ed me. I just emailed an email from Marius van Rensburg informing me i am EOC . And with immiadiat effect all my work was taken away from me and given to Oskar. They did not call me in to tell me what I did wrong. Or to offer me a different position, just take your stuff and go. And just like that, on the 4th of July was my exit date.

I decided not to go to CCMA because i was afraid that they would blok me to at the mint to find a different job with a different company. Becasue that is what they did with the 26 employees they fired before me.

So I was so scared to go to ccma. And i know they will delai the case at ccma tobgo to abetration because that is what they do.

But on the 9th os Sep, they called me and wanted to know if i would come bad as an admin position. I explained to the. That is, I was going for an interview the next day, and could i give them an answer the next day so I can think about it. They said yes.

Then, 1 hour later, Neels Uys sent me an sms to say that they found a local employee.

So my problem is they gave me the impression from the last contract, exstention that it was on the 28th of Feb that I would be there untill the end og project. After the 28th of Feb, nobody received a new contract, exstention until I was EOCED on the 4th of July.

My position was made upsoleet, and noubafter 2 months that I am gont they hired a new person in my Position they just renamed the job description. What do I do.
