EOC via email.
In 2022, i was contacted by het HR Office Chrisna Rautenbach to come to Kathu and work for them on the project at the Kumba mine. So i started in oct 2022 with them again. I was working for them until 4 July 2025, when they just suddenly without a consolation with me just EOC ed me. I just emailed an email from Marius van Rensburg informing me i am EOC . And with immiadiat effect all my work was taken away from me and given to Oskar. They did not call me in to tell me what I did wrong. Or to offer me a different position, just take your stuff and go. And just like that, on the 4th of July was my exit date. I decided not to go to CCMA because i was afraid that they would blok me to at the mint to find a different job with a different company. Becasue that is what they did with the 26 employees they fired before me. So I was so scared to go to ccma. And i know they will delai the case at ccma tobgo to abetration because that is what they do. But on the 9th os Sep, they called me and wanted to know if i would come bad as an admin position. I explained to the. That is, I was going for an interview the next day, and could i give them an answer the next day so I can think about it. They said yes. Then, 1 hour later, Neels Uys sent me an sms to say that they found a local employee. So my problem is they gave me the impression from the last contract, exstention that it was on the 28th of Feb that I would be there untill the end og project. After the 28th of Feb, nobody received a new contract, exstention until I was EOCED on the 4th of July. My position was made upsoleet, and noubafter 2 months that I am gont they hired a new person in my Position they just renamed the job description. What do I do.

Extreme unproffesional staff
I was referred to Henrico Jacobs who wanted a quotation from me. I tried to call Henrico three times over 2 days. He eventually called me and I gave him a quotation. Then he disappeared. He then ignored me for days. I called him several times and sent messages to him. He did not answer any of these. Out of the blue weeks later he contacted me on WhatsApp and asked another question. I answered him and then he disappeared again. He then messaged me again asking questions, I tried to contact him again but he never answered me, or contacted me back. I then sent him a message I finally realised that he was wasting my time and I then sent him a message telling him that I am withdrawing all quotations that I had sent to him. I think this is extremely unprofessional behaviour and I will never do business with this company if this is their standard of working with suppliers.

Non payment from Stefanutti Stocks
I sub contracted to Stefanutti Stocks at Rand Water C25 Culvert Crossing to do permanent concrete plinth overlay. Now Stefanutti Stocks does not want to pay my invoice. They said they will pay month end which was Friday 30th October 2020 till today no payment received. They are sending me from pillar to post. Site manager Ntombifuthi kept on promising me that they will pay my company. She kept on telling me about Sydney who is handling the payments issues. On the 5th I personally called Sydney then he told me he is waiting for authorization from Willem his manager to make immediate payment. I never received any payment. Then on 6th I called Willem the financial manager who refused to take my calls. It really frastraight me cause I have to pay my employees and other things. Stefanutti Stocks please pay Vannasseo Trading Enterprise we worked hard for our money please.
