I was referred to Henrico Jacobs who wanted a quotation from me. I tried to call Henrico three times over 2 days. He eventually called me and I gave him a quotation. Then he disappeared. He then ignored me for days. I called him several times and sent messages to him. He did not answer any of these. Out of the blue weeks later he contacted me on WhatsApp and asked another question. I answered him and then he disappeared again. He then messaged me again asking questions, I tried to contact him again but he never answered me, or contacted me back. I then sent him a message I finally realised that he was wasting my time and I then sent him a message telling him that I am withdrawing all quotations that I had sent to him. I think this is extremely unprofessional behaviour and I will never do business with this company if this is their standard of working with suppliers.
I had a problem with a workshop of E-car. After contacting their head office they sorted out my problem. Thank you, Rollen
I took my car to Centurion Auto Clinic which is an E-car Franchise. My Peugeot 308cc has been in and out of this workshop for almost 24 months. From the very first time until the last time this car was never fixed and I could not drive it. I took the car for inspection by someone else and they told me that the car had been damaged and not repaired. the damage to the car was about R 50 000. The owner of the E-car franchise collected the car and said he would fix it. 4 months later all I got was a still broken car, I could not reach my house and had it towed back home. Since then, the owner has stopped all communication with me. I wrote a letter to the E-Car head office and called them. They said it would take at the most two days to sort out. After a week I still had no contact from the E-Car Head office. Rollen, the person sort of in charge has been on leave or out of the office. He spoke to me once and said that he is very busy but will get back to me I must be patient. Please take note of this unless you also want to be **** to and ignored as well as have beyond economical repair car.
I tried to open a business account with Capitec Bank, It is now almost three months later and I am still trying. I made hundreds of calls, wrote many emails, and made 2 visits to the bank. it seems to me that the staff at the bank is trying to compete for the first price for being ***********. (They say " I can't do it, I must put you through to, I will put you through, it is a system fault, phone back later etc. I guess I have to go back to FNB and apologise for telling them that Capitec is a far better bank.
My wife and I visited the casino on Sunday 29 Jan 23. As we entered the parking area two vehicles went straight up the one-way at no slow speed. I told the one driver, "this is a one-way" he just told me to ****off. I phoned security and a rude unfriendly person answered the phone and said he will send someone to me to take my complaint. I told him I am sitting at the Spur. They never came to me. Two hours later I phoned security again and I was told by an even more rude person that they know nothing about my complaint. My wife and I then walked around the casino gaming area. she was sitting on a chair and I saw the chance of taking a nice photo of her. The next moment a security guard shoved his hand between us and said stop, no photos. I told him please don't do that. He repeated this action several times. He then called other security guards for backup. I tried to explain but I then felt that I might be attacked by this aggressive guard. I went to the signboard to see the policy regarding the taking of photos. This was not the first time that we were ill-treated by these guards at Montecasino. I will not leave this matter. Montecasino is it your policy to treat customers like this? Please check your cameras for James, I made recordings of the calls tpo security.
Fnb has decided I have a Fraud problem on my bank card. They decided not to allow me to transfer my own money to where I want. The private banker does not answer his phone. 40 calls over a period of weeks to no avail. I can't phone this useless staff because the FNB system won't allow me. Long story. I signed a document saying that I take responsibility, they are still to stupid to sort this out.
I bought a laptop and the harddrive packed up completely. It took more then 2 months to get it back. three days later it packed up again. My laptop is still in the shop and has not been collected for repairs by Samsung. Customer care at Incredible Connection does not answer their phones. the number on the internet for them does not exist. I cannot be without my laptop for months again.<br> <br>
I went to complain about the manager who chased my daughter out of the play area. This manager has a problem with me because I complained to him months before this matter. my kid told the manager that it was a boy of fifteen who made trouble not her he shouted at her and told her to get out anyway. The manager called all waiters together and they blamed me for being the difficult one. I phoned the owner and he told me that I am the problem and that I am wrong. I visited this Spur more than five times a week. I never complained, never sent food back. I have photos of very dirty tables and hair in my food. Still I never complained. I only showed this to another manager in good faith so he can do something about it. can you imagine, calling your waiters and asking them (who are dependent on you for their jobs) if they like the customer. the ownerr took the waiter's part because he also has a bad attitude and he is not interested in my problem. he said to me \your son of 15 years was not supposed to be in the play area. my child is a girl of 13 years. I WILL NEVER EVER go to a Spur with rude managers ever again. I do not like to be attacked by a group of 20 waiters. "
More than R 86 000 was reserved for purchases out of my account at FNB. I had to report it, fill in many forms, argue with the bank make hundred calls and wait days to sort out the problem. Luckily the problem was solved. One day after this FNB took R 70 000 out of my account without paperwork, messages, investigation calls or anything. They just send me a sms saying that my account is in excess (R 70 000) kindly adjust. I don't have overdraft facilities, I did not apply for any, I don't want this. who in the hell does this bank think they are. This is against the NCR 's rules.
I applied for finance at MFC. It was approved. MFC sends me email and then phone you three times to ask you for docs. If you dare tell them that you are busy and will get to it they get arrogant and put the phone down while you still talk to them. Furthermore they lie and take chances. you pay them an admin fee but they chase you around all day to do their work for them. I had to go to their choice of an inspector. I had to get the inspection report signed I had to go back and have it stamped (After it was ok) I tried to speak to a manager. It did not happen. Left a message for Graham Cornelius his phone is off and he does not return my calls. I DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.
