Non payment from Stefanutti Stocks

I sub contracted to Stefanutti Stocks at Rand Water C25 Culvert Crossing to do permanent concrete plinth overlay. Now Stefanutti Stocks does not want to pay my invoice. They said they will pay month end which was Friday 30th October 2020 till today no payment received. They are sending me from pillar to post. Site manager Ntombifuthi kept on promising me that they will pay my company. She kept on telling me about Sydney who is handling the payments issues. On the 5th I personally called Sydney then he told me he is waiting for authorization from Willem his manager to make immediate payment. I never received any payment. Then on 6th I called Willem the financial manager who refused to take my calls. It really frastraight me cause I have to pay my employees and other things. Stefanutti Stocks please pay Vannasseo Trading Enterprise we worked hard for our money please.
