Shocking Service from Steganos Software GmbH-Privacy Suite 2025

I have been a Steganos Software client since 2019 and have consistently upgraded to each new release. As usual, I have purchased the 2025 release. With this upgrade, there are no clear instructions on downloading the new version. No instructions on where to find the License Key. And no response from Technical Support regarding this matter despite reaching out a number of times.
