Went to buy my son a swift, the whole process was nothing less than a sub-standard service precipitated by racial profiling. From the reception process, to the reluctance to acknowledge the poor repair done on the car, to threats (YES, THREATS) and unrealistics deadlines, to refusing to release that car even after Standard Bank had given them the release note, to wanting me to sign for delivery on a car i did not in fact receive, just so they could be PAID by the Bank whilst holding on to the car!! Comment from a senior Standard Bank manager "In 30years of doing asset financing, i have never seen anything like this..." So YES simple racial profiling, very bizzare behaviour. If you are a person of colour, STAY AWAY! Suzuki SA this is totally disappointing that this type of orgnaisation could represent your brand! Sickening! To top it off, the only black person in their office, was the lady cleaning the floors... its no wonder they have NO professionalism!
