If you value reliability and transparency, steer clear of Stem Connect. Our fibre line has been down for several days, and not once have we received a proper update or explanation. Every time we contact support, we’re met with vague stories and excuses ....they themselves don’t even seem to know what the actual problem is. No communication: Zero proactive updates, leaving customers in the dark. No accountability: Support agents recycle the same empty responses without solutions. No reliability: Fibre service has been completely unavailable for days. This level of incompetence is unacceptable for a service that people depend on daily for work communication. I strongly advise anyone considering using Stem to look elsewhere. You willl save yourself frustration, wasted time, and money.
