Extremely unprofessional!!!

<p>Well, lets sum this up:</p> <p>1> Extremely poor communication turn-around time, thats if we lucky to even get a communication because S&T prefers to ignore mail</p> <p>2> Complex account managers or whatever they are called simply have a dont care attitude.</p> <p>3> Escalated an issue of asking for assistance in terms of split water billing but it was preferred for my to SHUT UP and JUST PAY because there is NOTHING they can do yet they are property administration specialists!!!</p> <p>4> Resolving any issue with them is extremely painful and stressful. They are quick to send out statements where money is owed but let it come to actual delivery then its another conversation.</p> <p>5> Owners/Directors are always unavailable to talk when their staff FAIL to do their job.</p> <p>6> ETC...ETC...ETC</p> <p> </p> <p>This is just a short description of Stenersend and Tulleken Administration. Do yourselves a favour; if you are looking for a managing agent for your complex, avoid them at all costs. Pay extra and get quality. If you are currently with them, my suggestion will be to find someone else unless you are in the rare fortunate situation where they actually manage your'll well.</p>
