Toxic work environments

My wife works for this company and I see how depressed she is when she comes home late at night. They don't get payed for overtime. The manager surgio make her life hell working here unfairly treatment and I hearing the stories I'm sure this manager in incompitant. I As a manager myself can tell you this man does not belong in this position. Tomas greyham doesn't the owner don't even have the leadership skills to deal with this matter but only bully with threats to be fired weekly.
