Stihl not worth their money

We bought a vacuum cleaner from Stihl for R2000. I would say and expect to be a good vacuum cleaner. 14 mths later, just after it warranty ended, it started making a strange noise. We took it back to the local dealer and they said they couldn't fix it neither could they replace it. We then contact the Stihl head office. They said they would come back to me. They never did. So much for spending money on a so called good brand, the after service was shocking. And we had to buy a new vacuum cleaner....needless to say it wasn't Stihl. I won't buy Stihl if I can help it.
