STIHL PRODUCTS FROM URI'S A BIG NO!

If only I could give zero stars!!!! Bought a Stihl blower vacuum SH 56 early April 2021 from URI'S. Used it for the intended purposes. Home use. <1000sqm. Not even 3 months later, the machine stops working. Stihl SA refuses to honour the warrantee as they claim the machine was not used for the intended purpose. This is a false claim. Despite numerous communication via email and Social Media to Stilh SA, they are yet to respond to my complaint. Stay away from STIHL products. They are over priced and you are sold an item that cannot be used for the purpose they advertise it for. Customer service from Uri's shockingly bad. I WILL NEVER buy from them ever again.
