A faulty electric blanket and shocking service from Stingray. The electric blanket is 5 months old. I have had to purchase two new control switches from Stingray @R400 each. They don't work. I phoned and was told to send a copy of my invoice and my address so that they could pick up the blanket from Johannesburg, have it returned to Cape Town and if it is found to be faulty, they would replace it. The result - NOTHING. No replies to emails nor phone calls. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL.
