I ordered business cards from Cornea's business , Stirred Creative. This was May. I made queries regularly and she always had an excuse. I requested my money back she told me the 15th.or 25. The dates came and went, nothing...I am.still waiting. How do you do this to.people who wanted.to support you. It is difficult for all small businesses out here, not just.yours. I also need my money. I am sure I am not the only person you treated this way. Unacceptable.

<div>I paid Stirred Creative for a basic T-shirt logo design on the 22nd of January. To date I’ve received no design. I requested a refund on 1 June. Stirred Creative agreed to refund me within 1 week. I followed up again on 8 June. I was told that I am being difficult and need to be patient. Have I not been patiently waiting for almost 6 months for a design I am yet to receive? To date no refund, no design… The only thing Stirred Creative is providing is attitude and terrible service! The series of events as follows: 14 January 2021 – Discuss scope of work with Stirred Creative. Based on requirement Stirred Creative advise that the design would be completed within a week. I received the invoice. 22 January 2021 – Supplier enquired on when payment will be made. I paid the invoice in full on this day. 29 January 2021 - I followed up on the design work. 1 Feb 2021 – Stirred Creative provided feedback that the work should be ready by 2 or 3 Feb latest. 15 Feb 2021 - I followed up with Stirred Creative again as I have not received any design work. She advised that she took in a bit more work than she could cope with. At this point I am quite annoyed as I have not received any design or any proper feedback. I gave up on following up! The wait continues… 19 April 2021 – Stirred Creative apologises for the long wait, yet no design has been produced. She advised that she took in a bit more work than she could cope with. 20 April 2021 - I try to get a commitment in terms of a date as to when I will receive my design work. Stirred Creative do not commit to a date. The wait continues yet again?! 1 June 2021 - I ask for a refund. It has now been almost 6 months with no design after full payment was made. 2 June 2021 – Stirred Creative commits to refund me by the end of the week thus I expected a refund by 7 June 2021. 7 June 2021 - Followed up, no response received. 8 June 2021 - Followed up again, the supplier advised that she was waiting for a payment from another customer and thereafter she would refund me. I responded to say that I am sorry, but I cannot wait for the next however long for the refund. She responded that she cannot refund me out of her own salary as her cashflow is a bit tight and she does not have as much work as she had before yet all I’ve been hearing from February is that she has too much work! At this point the supplier responded with quite a bit of attitude. She accuses me of being difficult and tells me to wait patiently! Have I not been waiting patiently for the past 6 months!?! Beyond pathetic service! Empty promises! I would not recommend Stirred Creative to anyone! </div>
