Signed up to Stitch Express for an online payment gateway. Completed all the necessary forms and submitted all the relevant documentation (not a quick process). Once everything was submitted a notification popped up to say that my account was being verified and ill be onboarded thereafter. Waited a week...everyday the same message. I eventually sent their online chat bot a a request for info (twice), received no response. I emailed them 3 times no response. Eventually i get an auto response that they cant onboard me because they couldn't verify my account!??!?! Still nobody can reply to any requests and i have no idea why i cant be onboarded.
