Horrific Service. Ordered my couch from Delicate Couches through Leroy Merlin on the 28th of November. After multiple follow ups with both Leroy Merlin and Delicate couches and 2 seperate promises of delivery, i was told on the 24th of December that they will refund me as they cant deliver as promised. Impossible to make another plan the day before Christmas. Awful service!!!!
Horrific service from Leroy Merlin online team. Ordered a couch on the 28th of November, by the 24th of December (after more than 10 follow ups and multiple promises of delivery) they tell me they cant actually deliver the couch they will refund me. Rude call centre staff. No escalation process. What a horrible let down for the festive season.
Signed up to Stitch Express for an online payment gateway. Completed all the necessary forms and submitted all the relevant documentation (not a quick process). Once everything was submitted a notification popped up to say that my account was being verified and ill be onboarded thereafter. Waited a week...everyday the same message. I eventually sent their online chat bot a a request for info (twice), received no response. I emailed them 3 times no response. Eventually i get an auto response that they cant onboard me because they couldn't verify my account!??!?! Still nobody can reply to any requests and i have no idea why i cant be onboarded.
Vehicle Chech is a total waste of time and money....dont bother.
I have never experiences worst customer service. The actual building and finishes are also really horrible quality...so upset that i got duped by these guys!:(
