Good day I'm really unhappy with stitch and how they are handling my situation.
I had a problem where my bank accounts was frozen but that situation is resolved now and they were cleared of any wrong doing. Now I use stitch to deposit from my bank account to the binance crypto exchange . Now the bank send the confirmation letter to stich that the account has been cleared and I send the affidavit and the proof of p2p transactions to stich and binance on multiple occasions.
Binance customer care says that stich needs more documents but no one can tell me what those documents are . They also tell me that stich doesn't reply to their emails and I can say the same thing. I want this matter resolved as soon as possible. I'm getting punish for not doing anything wrong
I'm very disappointed with this service.
Just wanted to add both capitec and tymebank cleared my accounts with the same information I supp**** to stich so I dont know what your problem is
