Corrupt and unprofessional
Worst agency ever - just bad to find out after renting from them that long and not giving them any problems with payments etc.

06 Jun 2022, 14:52Michelle knew and was the first to admit that the problems which they experienced with the refunding of their deposit, was out of the hands of my agency. We were only acting on behalf of an agency in Bloemfontein who represented the owner/landlord and was in control of the deposit. and the refunding thereof afterwards. This is very sad to see, especially because Michelle has emphasized until the last day that she has always been extremely satisfied with the services of our agency and the relationship between myself as principal and Michelle was so good that we spoke on a regular basis via whatsapp and even telephonically.
