STOCK REAL ESTATE - BAD BAD BAD
hulle wou n huis aan my verkoop het sonder om my te vertel dat dit deel vorm van n deel titel. Die papierwerk was nie in orde nie en die bank moes aanvra vir aktes en planne, waarna die agent so ongeskik was, omdat ons te veel vrae vra en nie dadelik die koopkontrak wou teken nie. Hyt my elke dag tussen 5 en 10 voicenotes gestuur om my te probeer boelie om die kontrak te teken. Die huis se krag was nie reg nie, Die pype het gelek, die "geyser het nie gewerk nie. Hyt niks hiervan gese nie, ons moes dit by die huurder van die huis uitvind. Hy wou ons ook nie na die agterkant van die huis neem nie,ons moes deur die vensters kyk hoe die eiendom aan die agterkant lyk. Ons het sonder hom na die eiendom gegaan en die huurders gevra ons wil die eiendom sien aan die agterkant. Goeie genade, ons sou onsself n gat in die sak gekoop het. Ek sal hulle nie aanbeveel nie. SIES !

Corrupt and unprofessional
Worst agency ever - just bad to find out after renting from them that long and not giving them any problems with payments etc.

Deposit fraud
Moved out of house 30 March 2019. Did checklist for faults with 2 estate agents present and both agreed that house was clean and in good condition except for small part of the wall where the couch removed some paint and left a mark. Was told that it's not a big problem to fix and that rental deposit would be paid back shortly. Waited for almost a month and only part of deposit was paid back because wall hasn't been painted/fixed yet. Now almost 2 months later no feedback on wall or costs for paint and labour to fix the part of the wall that was damaged. They don't answer their phones, and when they do, always a heap of excuses, it's always tomorrow or the next day. I want to know where the rest of my deposit disappeared to and if or when I'm going to get refunded with the rest of what I'm owed.

DISAPPOINTED
I have never in my whole life experience a real estate agent telling me im a bad mother not to say that the agent told me i can even look after myself. I will never ever recommend stock real estate to anyone. Im so disappointed

I have never in my whole life experience a real estate agent telling me im a bad mother not to say that the agent told me i can even look after myself. I will never ever recommend stock real estate to anyone. Im so disappointed
