Very toxic environment. In the beginning they paint you a beautiful picture and then comes the toxicness. Very high staff turnover. Head office can't follow their own values and learn from yesterday, always blame the staff or Managers for their mistakes. Business is run very unprofessional and in chaos, creating confusion. The operations Manager will say one thing and the next day another and say he didn't say it, personality of someone that have Bipolar. The problem is with the Operations of the Company. It's so toxic that all staff leaving there end up with psychological problems due to the trauma. When you take Head office on they find a way to get rid of you, especially those who don't have a clue of the section your work in. Very narcissistic and can't take blame. The gossip there is so bad and the Ops is the first to spread it, especially confidential staff matters. He hides a lot from the owner and if the staff want to go to the owner, he works you out. He also do his investigations half. They have KPAs that is a complete hoax to save bonuses and increases to allow them paying out minimum to save money. There is other ways to make a success, but they continue with their theories that just does not work. How can staff be liable for maintenance and get scored on that when it's unexpected expenses. Or sales when the customers don't want to come to Stodels. When the staff do their best to upsell. We are busy getting statements from 100ds of ex employees to provide to the Owner of Stodels or the Labour law department for an investigation. People who never got sick got sick with depression in the first few months of employment. My advise to them, change your theories, change your procedures, change the people in charge, they are killing the business and the well being of staff. Take the blame and work on it instead of being in denial. 100ds of people can't be wrong. Follow the values YOU created.
