We visited the Cafe in the nursery and ordered two Tuesday special breakfast. A calculation error occurred and we requested a refund for the difference. We'll, it took the manager and lady at the till almost an hour to try and solve the problem. The service is very bad and the staff need serious training in customer relations and service. The Xhosa that was uttered in our presence was terrible. My partner is fluent in Xhosa and understood all the bad.
