I have requested a call back on my ABSA App to report a *****ulent transaction which is still uncleared. This was requested at 14h45 and a few times after that. No call back received. Called the call center, transferred me to the *****ulent department. NO reply. Why do you have a *****ulent department but no one respond. I want to reverse my payment. Still shown as Unclear. Terrible service
We visited the Cafe in the nursery and ordered two Tuesday special breakfast. A calculation error occurred and we requested a refund for the difference. We'll, it took the manager and lady at the till almost an hour to try and solve the problem. The service is very bad and the staff need serious training in customer relations and service. The Xhosa that was uttered in our presence was terrible. My partner is fluent in Xhosa and understood all the bad.
Very disappointed with an employee responsible for Credit card Retention. Tried phoning her numerous times since April 2025, no reply. Left messages at Credit card depot for her to contact me. No success. Sent four emails to her, no reply. ABSA Action line or Complaints Resolution just as useless. I need Lizette Mullaney from retention to call me, and try until she finds me, don't make excuses you couldn't find me. Very poor service Absa

FRAUD - MTN and MONDO fraudulently approved a cell phone contract using my name and bank account. A MTN debit order was created, my name and bank account, to withdraw the contract fee on a monthly basis, number SP#BA 1194****. I reported the case to MTN and MONDO with supporting documents. A Fraud case #FR12** was opened. It is almost a month and NO positive response. The Forensics in this organisation is, to say the least, up to no good. No Biometrics were performed. I have the names of the sales person and Team leader that approved this fraudulent transaction. My next step is to open a Fraud case at the SAPS
