I have been saving money with Stokfella for the last few years and everything has been fine. But since their new app, things are just messy. My amounts keep changing, I am trying to claim but my account is mixed with last year's money and keeps changing the amounts. My claim keeps getting denied because of this mess. What is happening? I keep calling, no one answers. Sending emails, no one is responding. Can someone get back to me on this.
