I have been dealing with Stonelodge for a number of years now. This is one exceptionally special company that’s family owned and takes customer service to the highest level. Every time my package arrives from Stonelodge I cannot wait to open it because it’s a sensory experience in many ways. First the beautiful Stonelode box tied with ribbon, when opened you get a burst of fragrance, then you slowly start to unwrap your precious Stonelodge goodies and find an enclosed hand written card from the owner herself. Carla typically messages me soon after to find out if I’m satisfied. This is a company that sets the benchmark for standards in South Africa wit personalized service. Oh, but wait there’s more! I’ve left the best for last, the quality of all their food is second to none. I generally buy their granola and honey. Granola full of delicious and nutritious nuts, unlike anything else I’ve tried. Honey always the finest product the way nature intended it, packaged in the most beautifully shaped bottle that always gets gifted to Mother-in-Law when empty for home-made jam. These days sadly it’s hard to find real honey that’s unradiated, most of the product in the stores is mostly sugar based. Support Local and Support Smaller Family owned businesses!
